
Hi, I’m Jake, I’m a Vegan and I love tofu.
I never would have given tofu a chance before becoming vegan, but I have since fallen in love with it, and it has become an irreplacable part of many of my favourite meals.
However, much to my dismay, tofu, and vegan food in general, doesn’t have the best reputation. And so, here I am to offer some guidence on how to get the most out of vegan ingredients.
What to expect from love, tofu
Exclusively vegan recipes that are built to be vegan, without it feeling like an afterthought. Nourishing main meals offering complete proteins and varied nutrients with an everything in moderation approach. Recipes with a focus on naturally vegan ingredients over imitations and substitutes.
Expect to see a variety of different cuisines from all over the world, with likely more Asian cuisine than anything else. A wide range of recipes, from quick weekdays to special occasions, recipes for complete beginners and experienced cooks alike.
